Chairman WANG Met with Overseas Outstanding Employees

On 7 of Jan 2020, fifteen outstanding overseas employees for 2019 were invited to Beijing for visiting JCHX Head Office and meeting with senior executives. Mr. Xiancheng WANG, Chairman of JCHX, Mr. Huaisheng PENG, President of JCHX Group, Mr. Wu SHAO, Executive VP had a brief meeting with those employees.

As overseas business is growing, more and more foreign employees are recruited, the outstanding employees for 2019 come from various countries including Zambia, DRC, Serbia, South Africa and Indonesia, representing the increased footprint of JCHX in overseas operations and the successful implementation of the corporate strategy of “two markets”.

Upon arrival at Head Office, overseas employees first visited JCHX exhibition hall to gain a first insight about company history, development strategy, fleet capability and introduction of key projects; after which Chairman WANG, President PENG and VP SHAO welcomed the employees and took a photograph with them.

A warm discussion was also held at meeting room, where Chairman WANG showed his concern over the personal life and career development of each overseas employees, expressed his appreciation and sincere gratitude for the efforts and achievements made in 2019. He also emphasized the determination and long-term objective of JCHX to become a leading global mining company, for which he believes the contributions from all overseas employees are crucial and memorable.

In addition, he addressed that one of the key strategies of expanding overseas market is to promote cultural exchange and communication. As Chinese, we shall fully comply with local laws, regulations, and respect local customs and culture, whereas he also expects overseas employees to learn more about China and familiarize with JCHX corporate culture. He encouraged them all to further strengthen and enhance professional knowledge and skills, and strive to achieve more for both business and themselves.

All the overseas employees were grateful for the cheering speech by Chairman and were resolved to continue their efforts, enhance skills and contribute more to the overseas operations.
