As a response to corporate policy of standardization, to fully implement SOPs and continue to enhance overall management level, a learning program was initiated at Lubambe on 10 Mar for all the management personnel to familiarize with standardization management rules.
Overseas division has been focusing on improvement of standardization management since the beginning of this year, and issued several policies including Standardization Management Rules for 2020. All overseas projects have strengthened training and learning of the rules through various approaches and subject to different site conditions.
Mr. Wang Shibiao, the Executive DGM of Lubambe Project hosted the training program with Mr. Hua Xin, Mr. Tang Shaobo and other key personnel participating, where Mr. Wang gave detailed introduction of the rules, provided guidance and instructions for the implementation and execution of rules, and proposed key procedures and measures to be taken.
All participants familiarized with and learnt of the rules, who recognized the practical significance and promoting role of standardization in project management, which is also in line with the global strategy for overseas development. Meanwhile all participants expressed their own understandings and opinions based on their own site experience.
Lastly, everyone was required to obey the rules and make standardization a kind of habitual behavior, so as to achieve full implementation of SOPs.
