Baiyu Project overfulfilled the target for Q1 by ore production rate of 105.85% and output value of 105.62%, which gave great impetus to all project members under the challenging situation faced by COVID-19.
Baiyun Project suffered from suspensions of both work and life due to COVID-19, which made the last winter bitterly cold. However, site members never stopped their work. Eventually through two months of efforts, everything has been restored to the normal status.
Project manager Jia Ji required all members to overcome difficulties, stick to positions, and ensure smooth production under the dual pressures of COVID-19 and shortage of labor force. Monitoring health condition of all returned employees and strengthening labor arrangement were both implemented under such special times.
Fearless of all obstacles, Baiyu project makes an earnest endeavor to keep forging ahead. The achievement in Q1 made all members more encouraged and confident in fulfilling annual target.
