Monthly output target at Huibaoling Project in May was 225,000t, which was overachieved by an actual output of 244,329t. When it came to June, daily output constantly broke the records.
While stressing epidemic prevention and control, Huibaoling Project held meetings for safety production in the beginning of May, to promote work progress to the greatest extent. In order to improve work efficiency, hard-and-fast measures were taken, such as carrying out strict disciplines, strengthening shift-change communications, preparing specific monthly, weekly and daily plans to ensure stable production and maintain the balance of development, blocked-out ore reserve and prepared ore reserve; making reasonable inventory plans to ensure sufficient stock of wearing parts and important accessories, keeping equipment well maintained in a timely manner to avoid breakdown and failure, improve training programs for operators and maintenance staff to ensure equipment availability etc.
All members followed the safety production plan in their daily work, and kept bettering production records without any compromise in safety records.
The great achievements were not only made in May, daily output on 7 Jun and 8 Jun respectively achieved 12,586t and 13060t, continuously renewing the records.
