Recently, two utility models applied for and developed by Beijing JCHX Mine Technology Research Institute Co Ltd, being “a device for reducing velocity & increasing resistance in vertical backfilling pipes” and “a compensator for HP pipes” were successfully approved, meaning the Utility Model Patent Certificate of JCHX is added up to 10 in H1 2020.
Based on corporate strategic plan of five business sectors, the S&T Innovation Division increased its efforts on research and development of backfilling technology & equipment, with remarkable achievements made in recent years. Since last year totally 23 patents were applied with 14 approved. Since 2020, upon completion of publication procedures, the certificates for ten patents arrived successively, giving the team great encouragement.
The ten patents with certificates issued include pumping of tailings and backfilling materials, rake-free thickener, backfilling material preparation, velocity reducing & resistance increasing for vertical backfilling pipes, check valve for upward pumping, fluid pulse elimination, paste pressure sensor, high concentration paste test and related control technique and devices, all of which not only represented our technical strength in paste filling, led the way for R&D and promotion of backfilling technology as well as equipment, but provided great support for maintaining its status as high-tech enterprise with the privilege of benefiting from more tax incentives.
In the future, JCHX S&T Innovation Division shall keep strengthening the application of R&D achievements into practice, promoting market expansion with unique technology and advanced backfilling equipment, and developing high-end backfilling process and equipment based on its technology and independent intellectual properties.
