On April 19, a friendly dialogue was held between JCHX Group Co., Ltd. (JCHX Group) and Shandong Jingu Holding Group Co., Ltd. (Jingu Group) at the headquarters of Jingu Group in Shandong, and a strategic cooperation agreement was signed between two companies, with the presence of Mr. Peng Huaisheng, President of JCHX Group, Mr. Ye Pingxian, Vice President of JCHX Mining, Mr. Sun Fubao, Chairman of Jingu Group, and other senior management of two parties.
Jingu Group, located in the High-Tech Industrial Zone in Zibo of Shandong, pursues an integrated development of new energy, new material, mechanical manufacturing, construction engineering, and international trade with mining operation and development as its main business. Its main products include iron ore, iron concentrate, copper concentrate, lithium concentrate, and new construction materials, etc. Committing to modernized and green mining in the new era, Jingu Group has entered the stage of high-quality development through business transformation, upgrading and restructuring.
Mr. Sun warmly welcomed Mr. Peng, Mr. Ye and the delegation, with a friendly and in-depth dialogue followed. During the dialogue, Mr. Sun highly appraised JCHX’s comprehensive strength in mining sector at home and abroad, and introduced the industrial layout and development strategy of Jingu Group. Aiming at pursuing win-win cooperation, Mr. Sun proposed an approach where things can be done in the right way as the expertise of JCHX in mine construction and operation can be fully utilized to support Jingu Group to obtain efficient, intelligent, environmental friendly and green operation and sustainable development. In addition, Mr. Sun elaborated on its key domestic and overseas projects, and sincerely invited JCHX to join hands.
Mr. Peng firstly expressed heartfelt thanks to Jingu Group for their kind words and strong desire for collaboration, and complimented Jingu Group on its integrated development strategy as well as the proposed win-win based cooperation approach. Then Mr. Peng presented JCHX’s history, its achievements in global mining sector, S&T Innovation progress, including key S&T platforms such as JCHX Mine Technology Research Institute, JCHX Paste Filling Lab, and Digital Mine. Besides, Mr. Peng expressed great confidence in supporting Jingu Group to achieve a better development through fully utilizing the expertise of JCHX.
A strategic cooperation agreement was signed after the dialogue to establish a long-term cooperation and a mechanism for communication between both parties, with an aim to achieve simultaneous and sustainable growth through launching in-depth cooperation in mine construction and operation, project management, S&T innovation and resources development in mining sector.
