On 11 September 2021, LA COMPAGNIE MINIERE DE KAMBOVE SAS (hereinafter referred to as COMIKA S.A.S) extended sincere congratulations on the new record of monthly development of 185m/4097.26m³ in August with mesh & shotcreting support in blind heading of HDV decline.
Despite of the complicated hydrogeological condition and multiple sudden water ingress which severely impacted construction progress, team at Kamoya Project overcame obstacles and created a new monthly record since the commencement of works from July 2019.
In the congratulation letter, COMIKA S.A.S highly appreciated the efforts made by JCHX team against the third wave of epidemic and frequent power failures, and acknowledged the record made without any compromise in safety, quality, work progress while taking the opportunity of re-routing of HDV decline.
This new record and the congratulation letter bring us strong encouragement, and we shall continue our efforts to create more achievements and to enable sooner commencement of production.
