In 2021, JCHX Mine Engineering Design Institute Co., Ltd. (“JCHXME”) achieved the best ever result in terms of newly signed contract value by fully playing its core strength, taking the initiative and well-targeted steps while attentively focusing on market demand, it is pleasingly noteworthy that the value of overseas projects accounting for over 70% of the total.
In 2021, more efforts were placed on overseas market with various sound measures taken to explore opportunities in all continents by JCHXME. So far, its business footprint has been extended to multiple mining countries including without limitation to South Africa, Zambia, DRC, Zimbabwe, Angola, Mongolia, Indonesia and Venezuela.
For the past year, multiple consulting contracts for FS on mining & concentrating projects as well as engineering projects were signed, including FS study for production recovery of mining & processing & smelting project at a laterite-nickel mine (1.2mtpa) in Venezuela, FS and engineering design for the mining & processing project at a mine (1.5mtpa) in DRC, gap analysis and FS for the mining & processing project at a large platinum mine in Zimbabwe, consulting and engineering design for the mining project at a mine (2mtpa) in South Africa, and FS and engineering design for the mining & processing project at a copper mine (1.5mtpa) in Angola, with the total contract value reaching a historical high.
