On March 24, Mr. Wang Youcheng, VP of JCHX Mining and GM of JCHX Overseas Division, arrived in Serbia for a week-long visit to Kinsey project, Bor project and Cukaru-Peki project, with an aim to inspect working progresses and extend greetings to the employees standing fast to their post.
On March 25, under the company of heads of Kinsey project, Mr. Wang inspected capital development works, drilling operations and UG maintenance chambers at Kinsey project.
During when Mr. Wang highly recognized the progresses made for the past three years, and gave further instructions for the next stage. He stressed that continuous efforts should be made to strengthen safety management, maintain close exchanges with the Employer, improve equipment management to reduce equipment failures through more effective preventive measures, and further enhance site management.
On March 26, Mr. Wang visited Cukaru-Peki project to give instructions on mobilization works and temporary facilities construction.
On March 28, Mr. Wang visited 450mL crosscut of air intake shaft and 2# air return shaft of Bor project to gain first-hand understanding of construction progress.
During when Mr. Wang listened to the updates of work progress at air intake shaft and 2# air return shaft, status on equipment positioning, change-over progress of hoisting system and future work plan, before giving the team credit for the work progress and quality while delivering heartfelt gratitude and care to those front-line employees, particularly under the circumstance of prolonged pandemic overseas.
Then Mr. Wang gave instructions to Bor project on further works, where he pointed out that as an ultra-large block caving mine in overseas market, Bor shall be built as a flagship project with highest standard in terms of planning, execution and work quality.
Later that day, Mr. Wang convened a special meeting among all management personnel of the region and relevant projects for making work arrangements, first he listened to the report on respective projects, then he introduced strategic plan on next-stage reform and development, before giving important guidance on future key works in Serbia.
In addition, Mr. Wang had a warm discussion with the Employer during the visit, who highly recognized JCHX’s achievement in Serbia, its sustainable pursuit of integrity, and commitment in overcoming all challenges, while extending sincere expectations in making full use of complementary strengths to promote mutual development.
