On 11 November, Zijin Serbia sent a letter to congratulate Kinsey for its successful large-diameter long-hole stoping with a monthly output (including by-product) of 95,757 tons in October. It also expressed respect and thanks to JCHX team for their tenacious and indomitable spirit.
In view of the insufficient work faces and tricky positions of stopes on -80mL, as well as objective factors such as short access, frequent relocation, and tight mining and filling cycles, efforts were made to accelerate the construction of filling barricade with good quality to realize fast mining and filling. To improve equipment efficiency and reduce failure rate, the management personnel are tasked to strictly supervise equipment management with their KPIs directly related to the improvement of equipment performance, which significantly improved production efficiency.
Looking forward, Kinsey shall continue to stress safety production, quality improvement and localized management to bring project management to a higher level. At the same time, more efforts shall be made to stimulate staff’s enthusiasm and passion for fulfilling the annual target and making new contributions to the Company’s fifth “Five-year Plan”.
