Kinsey project produced 920,000 tons of ore in 2022, again overfulfilling the yearly targets for mining and metal production, for which Zijin Serbia sent a congratulatory letter to the project.
In the letter Kinsey was highly praised for its remarkable performance and heartfelt thanks were extended to the team on site for their hard work as well as to JCHX for its longstanding supports as a strategic partner to Zijin Serbia in global resources development. Zijin also expected to see continuous efforts from Kinsey to rise to challenges and attain more progresses to realize win-win cooperation.
In 2022, under the great support of JCHX Overseas Division and Headquarters, Kinsey constantly improved production organization, developed new panels, and explored new techniques by integrating various resources despite of adverse factors such as the pandemic. Profound achievements were made without any compromises in safety or quality, by strengthening safety training, guaranteeing work procedures connection, enhancing quality management, improving equipment maintenance, broadening materials supply channels, and detailing project contracting system, a solid foundation was laid for achieving the yearly targets.
In addition, implementation of three-level safety training and SOP training was improved, while shifting management strengthened, site problems timely solved, equipment efficiency increased and failure diagnose expedited. UG production and transportation capacity was further enhanced as truck scheduling managed by control department. Quality control was significantly enhanced through strengthened communications, frequency of technical exchanges was tremendously increased to cover all work items and for all targeted work measures, while instructions and supervision on site intensified. Equipment failure and spare parts consumption were effectively reduced by conducting regular check & maintenance and carrying out real-time monitoring. Supplier evaluation system was established and improved through deepened market analysis and strict qualification check. Materials planning became more precise through holding monthly evaluation meetings.
