A special meeting was held on April 6 at Kinsey project to update Q1 performance and stress work priority in the following weeks.
Mr. Bing Li first reported safety and work performance for Q1 and gave instructions on key works to be executed subsequently; Mr. Fengkun Liu, Mr. Yunliang Ma and Mr. Pirong Wen, respectively made requests in terms of safety management, technical support, quality control, standardization, breakdown and progress of key works as well as cultural development.
Mr. Liu stressed the importance of three major tasks: further sharpening the skills of industrial workers and strengthening SOP based on training; strictly implementing the system of “managers taking charge of shifts at the front” and management personnel going underground to timely identify and solve the problem on-site and enhance site management; continuously enhancing international management.
In the end, on behalf of the Employer, Yong Chen, General Manager of Zijin Serbia, highly praised the 2022 performance achieved by Kinsey project and conveyed his heartfelt thanks to all employees for their diligence and hard work before expressing high expectations on continuous efforts from both ends in building Kinsey into a benchmark project in Serbia.
