Recently, JCHX Mining signed the Equity Cooperation Agreement with Terra Mining, intending to acquire 51% of its equity, which marks the acceleration of JCHX's international development.
With remarkable advantages in UG and open pit mine engineering, Terra Mining Pty Ltd specializes in exploration drilling, blasting, loading, transportation, crushing, engineering design and development of open pit mine, etc. It’s current operations include Zijin’s Norton gold fields, Baowu’s Extension Hill Magnetite project and Ansteel’s Karara Magnetite project.
Through this acquisition, both parties will leverage their complementary strengths and synergies to continuously enhance the efficiency, management levels, and operational capabilities of ongoing mining projects with an aim to establish more international benchmark mining projects and contribute to the development of the global mining industry, while harnessing the power and expertise of JCHX.
