Mr. Isaac Tandoh – CEO of Ghana Mincom Visits JCHX

On the afternoon of December 8, Mr. Isaac Tandoh, Chief Executive Officer of Minerals Commission (Mincom) of Ghana, and Mr. Zhiyong Chen, Vice President of Chifeng Gold Group and Chairman of Golden Star (Wassa) Ltd, along with their delegation, visited JCHX headquarters. They were cordially received by Mr. Xiancheng Wang, Chairman of JCHX Group, and Mr. Haigen Huang, President of JCHX Mining. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on the development trends of Ghana’s mining sector, investment policies, and opportunities for local cooperation, exchanging views on future collaboration and shared prospects.

Mr. Wang extended a warm welcome to Mr. Tandoh and the delegation. He noted that Ghana is rich in mineral resources, boasts a sound legal framework, and maintains a stable political environment, making it an ideal destination for Chinese enterprises seeking mining investment and cooperation. JCHX is willing to leverage its extensive expertise in technological innovation and international project management to actively explore and participate in Ghana’s mining development and construction, thereby expanding new avenues for international collaboration and supporting local industrial upgrading and sustainable development.

Mr. Huang introduced JCHX’s development history, comprehensive capabilities in mine construction and operation, resource development, technological innovation, and equipment manufacturing, as well as its global presence. He accompanied the guests on a tour of the company’s gallery, sharing JCHX’s innovative achievements and practical experience in intelligent and green mining, as well as in international development.

Mr. Tandoh expressed his gratitude for JCHX’s hospitality and briefed on Ghana’s geological resources, legal and regulatory framework, and investment opportunities. He mentioned that as a leading gold producer in Africa, Ghana is actively promoting reforms and openness in the mining sector and encourages foreign investors to participate in large-scale mining and mine support services. He emphasized that Mincom is committed to providing a transparent and efficient business environment for all investors and looks forward to collaborating with partners to advance responsible mining practices.

The visit was accompanied by Ms. Lomo Darkwa, Special Advisor of Project Construction, and Mr. Charles Annan, Personal Assistant to the CEO. Other attendees include Mr. Pingxian Ye, Vice President of JCHX Mining; Mr. Jiahe Yin, General Manager of the Operation Management Center; and Ms. Lydia Bian, General Manager of the Foreign Affairs and Business Management Center.
