On October 13, the unparalleled global mining event – LME Metals Seminar was held in London. Mr. Qinghai Wang, Chairman of JCHX Mining attended the forum, joining mining leaders, financial experts, and decision-makers from across the industrial chain to discuss market trends, technological innovation, and sustainable development pathways.

Centered around the theme "Forging the Future of the Metals Industry," this year's seminar featured in-depth discussions on key areas including macroeconomics, metal market outlook, risk management, AI and digital transformation, and green supply chains. The event brought together dozens of heavyweight guests, including Ms. Bonnie Y Chan, Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited; Ms. Kathleen Quirk, President and CEO of Freeport-McMoRan; and Mr. Richard Holtum, CEO of Trafigura. Participation in the LME Seminar not only represents a significant step for JCHX in deepening global industry collaboration and aligning with international cutting-edge trends but also reflects the company's consistent commitment to driving green development through technological innovation and its proactive involvement in global mining governance and building sustainable metal supply chains.

Mr. Wang actively participated in various thematic forums and exchange sessions, listened to forward-looking views on global supply-demand dynamics and price trends from renowned analysts specializing in aluminum, copper, lead & zinc, nickel, tin, and steel. He also engaged in discussions and interactions with industry experts and peers on topics including how AI is reshaping mining and metal production models, the potential of 'green copper,' metal premium mechanisms, and the development of the LME options market.

During his visit, Mr. Wang was also invited to speak at the China Nonferrous Metals Forum, held concurrently with the LME Metals Seminar. He delivered a keynote speech titled "Underground Mining in Future." Drawing on JCHX's practical experience in successfully transitioning from solely a mining service provider to a company integrating mining services with investment, alongside simultaneous growth in technology R&D, equipment manufacturing, and trading sectors, he provided a thorough analysis of global trend of deep-level mining, common challenges facing the industry, and the innovative pathways being pursued by Chinese mining enterprises.

Mr. Wang pointed out that as global metal resources become increasingly concentrated at greater depths, deep-level mining has become an inevitable direction for the industry's development. Citing compelling data, he mentioned that the Earth's 'Second Deep Space' (500-2,000 meters and below) is a crucial replacement zone for future metal resources, while also highlighting the higher technical requirements and more complex operating environments associated with deep mining. He noted that industry commonly faces challenges such as shortages of industrial workers and technical personnel, insufficient investment in automated equipment, and long lead times for critical equipment. In response to these shared industry difficulties, Mr. Wang shared JCHX's comprehensive efforts and practical achievements in talent development, equipment manufacturing, technological innovation, and smart mining. In his speech, he specifically highlighted JCHX's successful practices in its overseas assets, such as the Lubambe Copper Mine in Zambia, and the Lonshi and Dikulushi Copper Mines in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Through measures including design optimization, technical upgrades, and mining method improvements, JCHX successfully enabled these mines, which previously faced production bottlenecks or operational difficulties, to rapidly resume production and enhance efficiency. He emphasized, "JCHX's successful transition of role is fundamentally based on its expertise in technology and management capabilities accumulated through the life of mine". Concluding his remarks, Mr. Wang stated that the trend towards deeper mining requires a collective response from the entire industry. JCHX is willing to contribute its own practical experiences and insights to the industry, helping to propel mining towards a safer, greener, and more intelligent future.

On the evening of October 14, Mr. Wang attended the prestigious LME Dinner, where he exchanged views with industry experts on global metal market trends, sustainable development pathways, and industry challenges, while also exploring prospects for future cooperation.
