JCHX Mining Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "JCHX" or "the Company") has always regarded employee value as an important component of the Company’s core values, deeply integrating it into objective management and daily operational practices. This policy aims to clearly communicate to all levels of operational systems and all employees the action guidelines and compliance requirements for addressing employee human rights issues, while striving to extend human rights concerns to partners.
As the core resource for enterprise development, labor practices are the fundamental source of the Company’s value creation. Respect for talent and care for employees are, in essence, a practical implementation of human dignity and human rights protection. Every step of the Company’s development stems from the continuous efforts of all employees and partners. Upholding the talent philosophy of "morality oriented, performance based, and competition ruled", the Company adheres to the employment principle of "promote the capable, yield to the competent, replace the incompetent", and fully implements the "people-oriented" concept.
To fulfill the above commitments, we will implement the following policies:
1. Compliance with Laws: Strictly adhere to labor laws and regulations of the countries (regions) where the Company operates. Carry out operations in line with the actual characteristics of each country/region, systematically identify, and strictly control risk points that may lead to human rights violations.
2. Respect for Fundamental Freedoms: Within the legal framework of the host countries (regions), the Company shall protect all basic freedom rights enjoyed by employees in accordance with applicable laws.
3. Equal Employment Opportunities: We solemnly commit to no child labor and no forced labor, treating employees of all nationalities, races, genders, religions, and cultural backgrounds with fairness and impartiality. Combining project operational needs with local human resource supply conditions, we will promote localization and diversified staffing strategies to contribute to regional employment growth and harmonious development.
4. Comprehensive Compensation Plan: Build a holistic compensation plan covering salary & benefits, career development, and work-life balance. This plan not only rewards employees’ contributions with material resources, such as salaries, bonuses, performance incentives, employee stock ownership, paid leave, job promotions, training, and further education opportunities, but also conveys corporate cares through intangible resources like growth support and work-life balance care.
5. 6. Employee Communication Channels: Establish diversified communication channels for employees to feedback on organizational opinions and personal appeals via online office platforms, suggestion boxes, emails, etc. The Company will appoint a full-time coordination role and build a regular employee satisfaction communication mechanism to ensure timely response and closed-loop handling of all appeals.
Scope of Application
As a public programmatic document, this policy applies to all members (including board members and senior management personnel) of the Company and its subsidiaries (with operational control), and requires relevant suppliers, partners, and their long-term/temporary employees providing services to JCHX to strictly implement it. Additionally, the scope of the policy extends to all operating entities under the Company and its subsidiaries (with operational control), specifically covering mining service project departments/project companies, resource project companies, other business sector’s operating units, etc.
Regarding associated and joint venture enterprises, the Company will actively promote the alignment of their policies and practices with the requirements of these guidelines through the exercise of shareholder/board rights, ensuring that their policy orientation and practical operations comply with the core principles advocated by this policy.
