Work Description: Production Expansion & Technical Upgrading Project

Kailin Project is in Guiyang, Guizhou Province, with scope of work mainly containing capital development at Yongshaba Block, Qingcaichong Block and Maluping Block for 8 mtpa production expansion, which is the first chemical mine project for JCHX.
On 23 May 2019, an Equity Transfer Agreement was signed between Guizhou Kailin Group and JCHX through which JCHX acquired 90% of equity in Liangchahe Mine Development Co., Ltd, subsidiary of Kailin Group in way of open bidding, which represented a breakthrough for JCHX in mineral resources development. The execution of this agreement marks a new era for Kailin project.
JCHX signed with Guizhou Kailin Group Co., Ltd the contract for Renovation and Expansion Project for Shaft Sinking at Kailin Phosphate Mine (400 mtpa), as well as several other mine construction contracts. In March 2022, Guizhou Kailin awarded JCHX with another two contracts for underground construction works at Yongshaba Mine and Maluping Mine. As of date, both projects are underway.
