Work Description: Shaft Sinking, Decline & Drift Development, Mining Production at Qijiaojing Iron Mine

Subei project is in deep north of Subei County, Gansu Province, the scope of work for JCHX mainly includes underground development and contract mining at Qijiaojing Iron Mine.
In Oct 2010, a single-end monthly development of 242.6m in decline was achieved, breaking the national record. By Oct 2014, capital construction and ore production of 2.5mt were completed by JCHX. In Nov 2014, a five-year contract for underground development, stope preparation and mining production was signed. From 2014 to 2018, JCHX successfully completed the development and production targets as specified in the contract, while underground ventilation system was upgraded.
In 2019, underground haulage system was transferred from 2150mL to 2020mL, which facilitated stable operation and expanded production.
The project mainly covers the underground development and mining operation of Qijiaojing Iron Mine, with a designed capacity of 3.6 mtpa.
